LeadCinch is a brand of T Pearson Consultancy Ltd, registered in Scotland. This policy covers the data collected via leadcinch.com.

What data we collect

When you submit the registration form, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Company name (optional)
• Industry and estimated lead volume
• The page you registered from, and any UTM parameters in the URL

How we use it

We use your contact details solely to discuss lead availability in your vertical and to notify you when we're onboarding new clients. We don't sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for any other purpose.

Storage

Registration data is stored securely in Supabase (EU region). We retain it while you remain an active registrant. We'll periodically confirm whether you'd like to stay on our list.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time. Email us and we'll remove your record within 5 working days.
